Christian and Nicole are a husband and wife team dedicated to serving in the community. Christian has 16 years of experience building and repairing garage doors and openers the right way. Christian and Nicole's integrity is evidenced by the high quality finished products and lasting customer relationships. When serving customers, Christian is always looking for opportunities to educate and empower you the customer about garage doors and openers. This helps you to develop an appreciation for your equipment and learn how you can properly maintain and thereby extend the life of your doors and openers.
We have used them twice now and each time I am amazed at how professional and quick the service is. The first time they hunted down a part for us that saved us tons of money when other places wanted to scrap the whole door. This time it was a relatively simple fix with a broken bracket that was done on the spot in no time at all. Both the owner and his office staff are really kind people who seem to be in the business of being good humans and not just trying to make as much money as possible. - Twin Peaks did a great job with our garage door installations. Anthony got a big job done right and on time. After installation he took the time to show me all the features of the latest garage door openers (wifi control, programmability). - Wow! We paid for an overhead door at Home Depot, and Twin Peaks was the installer. We needed it installed within 1+ weeks of the door coming in, so the owner of Twin Peaks came out ON THE FOURTH OF JULY. Unbelievable that they would accommodate us that way! - Called in the morning and had a new garage door opener in the afternoon. Obviously, that's probably not always the case, but it was still nice that they could do it that fast. Chris was very professional and efficient. When the installation was done, he took the time to walk us through setting up the cars, key pad, and app. We had a problem with the wi-fi after Chris left and i have no doubt that he would've come back, but i called Liftmaster support instead and they had me up and running in no time. - Absolutely wonderful experience with Nicole and Christian! Their attention to detail and customer service is so refreshing. I got quotes from 4 companies for the same model door and opener and Twin Peaks offered the best price, they were flexible with my schedule, and if I left a voice message they were prompt in returning my call. I went with Nicole's recommendations for color and style and couldn't be happier. The best part is that my new, wood-look, insulated garage door is beautiful, and it operates so quiet and smooth with the new opener (the new opener is amazing and can be accessed through my phone). I really didn't know what a difference a new garage door and opener makes but it's worth the investment - I've gotten so many compliments already and I tell everyone how great Nicole and Christian are to work with. - I called Twin Peaks yesterday morning because any garage door broke. They were able to have a tech out to my house in a few hours, earlier then they had estimated. - We had our 2 car garage door replaced by Twin Peaks a few weeks back. When Christian came out to do our measurement and initial meeting he was very friendly and informative. I was glad that he told me my garage opener didn’t need replacing yet and he would even give it a tune up to help me get the most life out of it. I’m always happy to see honesty vs an non-needed upsell. Due to the slope of our garage, the weather stripping on the bottom of our door had a little space in it and was letting some air and snow in. When I notified them, they scheduled time to come out within 2 days and upon arrival upgraded and replaced us to a thicker pad and strip at no cost. Ive been very happy with their customer service, prompt replies to emails and speedy and reliable service. Our door looks great and is a big upgrade from our previous door.- Chris Baker. 0/5/2018

- When my garage door wouldn't close, Christian took a call from me and fit me into the tail end of a long day. Even though the cause of the malfunction was my fault, he fixed it cheerfully and even put a few nails into another spot which was completely unrelated to the call. And then he put light bulbs in the garage mechanism because I hadn't taken the time to do it. He showed me exactly what he was doing and how to avoid it happening again and then charged me only half the service call even though it took him out of his way.
